  5. Through our foreclosure and reo partnerships, we help you bid and/or make an offer

  6. Once your offer or bid is approved, our in-house lender helps you close the loan

  7. Loan is funded, then our in-house renovation team starts the work

  8. In about 3-4 months, depending on the project scope, you can move into your newly renovation home or condo!
